They love to kick back, drink a beer, watch TV

With all their fine neighbors, with their great pedigrees

They lie and they cheat, to get in the best schools

And they never need loans to pay for college degrees

Corporations are people, they date and they swoon

They hug and they kiss, underneath the full moon

Then one day they’ll marry, raise big families

Corporations are people, with unalienable rights

So, they bash all their critics with joy and delight

And, they should never pay taxes, on that we all agree

Corporations are people, what more can you say

We do what they want, or there’ll be hell to pay

They’re the queens of the hive, we’re just all worker bees

Corporations are people, the news is all in

They own all the media, so facts they do spin

What’s truth and what’s not, is for them to decree

Corporations are people of that there’s no doubt

And political puppets are what they’re all about

They want the best government money can buy

Corporations are people, just regular guys

But, there once was a time when it wasn’t that way

Now, all is for sale in this land of the free

Now, Corporations really are folks, just like you and me

They’re heartless and soulless, crass entities

They enrich all our lives much like movie zombies
