When the truth is drowned, in a sea of lies

And the tides of hatred on the rise

With an open heart, and an open mind

We choose to cast our fears aside

In the dread of night, when a fierce wind howls

And the wolves come gather at the door

See the windows smashed, all the portals crashed

And our hopes lie shattered on the floor

So, won’t you come with me? I’ll take your hand

And together we’ll leave this troubled land

Oh, we’re on our way, on our way

We’re on our way, back home

Many breaths we waste, abandon dreams in haste

For the mountains stand always too high

Broken hearts in vain, sorrow’s achin’ pain

Feel the tears like stones fall from our eyes

The path ours to choose, the game win or lose

To the fountain of life, wishes are tossed

Fate rides on the wind, wheels of fortune spin

Yet still so many rivers to cross

So, wont you come with me? I’ll take your hand

As we flee their castles made of sand

Now, we’re on our way, on our way

We’re on our way, back home

We’ll set a course by the North Star

Lean our backs to the wind

There’s a setting sun that needs chasin’

New lives begin

All the cards are drawn, and the die is cast

Let us stand in the power of our dreams

For, when the bow is raised, in the devil’s hand

Know the tune plays always as it seems

So, won’t you come with me? I’ll take your hand

Oh, the truth lies far beyond their command

Now, we’re on our way, on our way

We’re on our way, back home

Oh, we’re on our way, on our way

We’re on our way, back home
